**WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE**

The Mane House has a no refund policy. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know during your treatment or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections within 7 days of scheduled service.

Out of respect for your service provider and because most of our services require a large portion of our schedule we strictly enforce our cancellation policy and require a card on file when booking.  

We allow a 48 hour grace period to cancel or reschedule your appointment if needed. 

We ask that you always confirm your appointment through our automated text, if there is still no confirmation 5 days prior to your appointment, it will be canceled.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charge 50% of scheduled service.  

Same day cancellations and No-shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service. 

If you need to cancel on a day we are closed please contact us via text or email. 

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule any service with the team at the Mane House. Once you have submitted your consultation form and have received a date/time for booking the team will retrieve this information from you.

Your card will never be charged unless you violate our Cancellation / No Show Policy.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that children only be present in the salon if they are receiving a service. This ensures a serene environment for all and allows us to provide the best possible experience for each of our valued guests. 

For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.
